There’s a moment in the wild — just before dusk settles, before the world exhales — when everything is still.

No rustling leaves. No snapping twigs. Just… awareness.

That moment was the heartbeat behind this painting.

I kept thinking about how foxes seem to embody quiet confidence. They don’t rush. They wait. Watchful. Patient. Wise.

She reminded me that sometimes power comes not from action, but from presence.

This piece was born from that space — the stillness before the leap, the silence before the story unfolds.

She’s not just a fox. She’s a symbol of listening deeply, of trusting timing, and of knowing that the wild things inside us are never truly asleep.
